Planning the final scenes

We have decided to film our scenes with the amazons over the Christmas holidays during the week because the problem we keep finding with doing at the weekends is that people are working. So we are planning to do it in the first weekend of the Christmas holidays on the 22nd or 23rd. We know that there are people who are free on these days so hopefully we will be able to get it done. We would also like to start taking some photos for our ancillary tasks so that when we come back after the holidays we can finish our video and start the other tasks.
